Information concerning the Weekend Ski Trip for this winter season.
Vermont Trip on January 31st through February 2nd, 2025 - We will be traveling to central Vermont and skiing at Stowe Mountain on Saturday and Sunday and staying in South Burlington, Vermont.
Steps to register a high school student for the trip:
In order to be registered for a trip, a student must complete ALL THREE of the following steps. Failure to complete all of the three steps will result in the student not being added to the list and they miss out since the trip sign-up is on a first come first serve basis.
1. PARENTS must digitally complete and digitally sign the
Weekend Registration and Waiver form
Students are not to fill out the registration form, but they should be made aware of the school rules and policies detailed in the waiver form.
2. PARENTS must digitally complete and digitally sign the online Health Form
Online Registration -SKI CLUB HEALTH HISTORY FORM
This is a digital Google Doc form. Each student must have a digital copy on file by filling out this form. This form will be used for ALL ski club related activities. A student DOES NOT need to print and turn in a copy of the form. This information will only be shared with authorized chaperones and emergency personnel if necessary.
No form = No participation
Download, print, complete, sign, and turn in the Self-Administering Medical Release form - only if needed. Turn the form into to Mrs. Beal in room 213.
3. PAYMENT: Turn in cash or a check made payable to "Lewisburg Area School District"
Families with multiple children going on the trip may combine payments into one check.
Provide a deposit or full payment - TOTAL COST OF THE TRIP: $335

- Full payment of $335 by October 25th
- $100 deposit by October 25th, $235 full payment by December 16th

The link is labelled for Okemo, but it works for Stowe as well. Please use January 1st and 2nd for the dates of our trip. Using the "view options" drop-down menu, you can select the 2-Day Pass.
**Students must purchase an Epic Pass. It is required that students have a 2-Day Epic Pass (32 Resorts – No Peak Dates) in order to ski both days at Stowe Mountain Resort. You may purchase additional days or a season pass if you plan to ski any additional days at Vail Properties. Prices increase the closer we get to the winter season.**
Sign-ups will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis due to the limited number of seats on a bus. If enough students sign up we may increase to two buses. However, a waiting list will be established until the status of the second bus is determined.
Fees are non-refundable. Students must notify the Ski Club Advisor prior to the scheduled ski trip if they will be unable to attend. Deposits will not be returned unless the advisor can secure another student to take the open seat.
Trip itinerary and price inclusions:
- Round-trip motor coach to and from Vermont
- Two nights accommodations in South Burlington, VT
- Two continental breakfasts
- One dinner
- One t-shirt
Rentals are available for students without their own equipment at an additional cost. Rental prices will be posted soon.
